Sam Zarrin is a half-Iranian director, born in Flint, Michigan, and currently resides in Los Angeles, California where he primarily stares out the window, or naps next to his cat. His short film The Last Fry, starring Mel Rodriguez, won Best Short Film at Castle Rock Film Festival and Best Drama at Wellsboro Film Festival, and his short Tin Lizards premiered on Nowness. His work has also been shown at Sundance, SXSW, and Tribeca, among many other festivals. Sam is the founder of Legion Post, a boutique post collective with members across the country.
